The costume band Oberwang
Timeline:
In 1860, the school teacher Fischer founded the music band.
On the basis of this suggestion, besides Fischer, seven Oberwanger boys from the age of 11 to 16 were ready to build a brass band. The instrumentation consisted of a posthorn, trumpet, trumpet trumpet, machine trumpet and Denkl trumpet.
Currently, the traditional costume band Oberwang consists of 56 active members (12 of them female) and 4 female marketers. The average age in the chapel is 33.4 years.
