The ingredients for our products are carefully selected and only sourced from regional suppliers. We only use natural sourdough for our breads. With us, the dough is also allowed to take the time it needs: the breads rest for up to 24 hours before being baked in a deck oven on stone slabs. The natural sourdough ensures that the breads are fluffy and more digestible and also stay fresh for longer - so we don't need any flavourings or preservatives!Enjoy a good coffee, eat a piece of pastry and philosophise a little about life on the side - that's typical Austrian coffee house culture. All of this awaits you in our café. But beware: it could get cosy! How nice it is to start the day with a delicious breakfast! Are you more of the classic "jam roll with coffee" type? No problem! Or are you the "egg, ham, spread, cheese, jam, yoghurt, muesli, fruit, coffee, orange juice, sparkling wine" type? That's no problem either! If you want to try a bit of everything, you should pop in on Wednesday mornings, as we offer an extensive breakfast buffet.
