(Fresh wood-fired bread made from pure natural sourdough is baked daily and, from November, also Kletzenbrot.) Our snack station is an insider tip for lovers of down-to-earth food, with specialities based on wood-fired bread. Enjoy our homemade cider or a home-smoked brown trout in the special atmosphere of our premises. The sunny guest garden right next to the Mühlenbach stream offers hikers and cyclists a rest and refreshment. MILL TOURS: We offer tours of mills and wood-fired bakeries.
