It contains rural and artisanal cultural assets of the region. The exhibits include: an open fireplace in the kitchen, a loom, textiles, everyday washing equipment. Machines for peasant work, many types of vehicles and several departments of the former crafts. The existing Mittertenhaus was extended to include outbuildings typical of the Attergau: troad box, barn, bee house and a farm garden with well. The Aignerhaus was opened in 1999 and is run by the Heimatverein Attergau.
