Who we are.
A group of people with their hearts in the right place. A mix of experts, educators, herbalists, therapists, families, artists, yoga teachers and do-gooders.
We believe that a harmonious interplay between body, mind and soul forms the basis for a healthy and mindful way of life. For young and old alike!
Together, we want to make a big difference and become pioneers of a community that acts as ‘WE’.

What we do.
Our mission at “The SOL” is to support people on their journey towards discovering a holistic way of life, in harmony with nature, which leads to greater happiness, contentment, balance and a culture of harmonious relationships.
We therefore focus on voice development, sound, frequencies, meditation, bodywork, movement, creativity, communication, naturopathy and other holistic approaches to help our members find and maintain their inner balance.
