Plan your route!

The region MondSeeLand, situated in the heart of Austria, is easy accessible:

By car:

  • Coming from Germany – with a motorway vignette:

  • From Germany without a motorway vignette:
A8 motorway (Munich-Salzburg), Bad Reichenhall exit. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit for Freilassing (B20) and turn right over the border. Continue along the Munich trunk road (Bundesstraße) and Ignaz Harrer Straße for Salzburg. Follow the road until Salzburg Gnigl and then continue along the B1 (Linzer Bundesstraße) for Eugendorf. In Eugendorf, turn right after the third roundabout onto Thalgauer Landsraße L103 for Thalgau-Mondsee.
  • From Austria:
From Vienna, take the Motorway west A1 – Mondsee exit.
  • From Carinthia, take the Motorway A10 ("Tauernautobahn", please note: additional toll payable at the Tauern road tunnel) for Salzburg. At the Salzburg interchange, take the motorway west A1 for Vienna – Mondsee exit.
