Roadbike region

In June 2010 some bike partners and touristic regions in the middle of Austria formed the Road Bike Region Salzburger Land Salzkammergut.

The road bike area stretches from Salzburg deep into the Salzkammergut area, the northern part of the Salzburger lake area and the Dachstein region. Many of the chosen tours have various grades of difficulty, take you through the beauty of this road bike region and offer you an interplay of lake and mountain landscapes. The topography of the area boardering the alps allows plain tracks as well as mountain tracks. The chosen partner accomodations fulfill a list of criteria which help to make your stay a unique experience.
