Our Erlach mill is located in the romantic Helenental in a quiet, picturesque seclusion.

600 years Erlachmühle

The Erlachmühle is now the only mill still in operation in the whole MondSeeLand where grain is still ground into flour.
(Fresh bread from a wood-fired oven is baked daily from pure natural sourdough and from november on also "kletzen" bread.

Our snack station is an insider tip for lovers of down-to-earth food, with specialities all about wood-fired bread. Enjoy our home-made must or a home-smoked brown trout in the special atmosphere of our premises.

The sunny garden next to the small river offers rest and refreshment for hikers and cyclists.

TOUR OF THE MILL:
We offer tours of mills and wood-fired bakery. Muellerstuben: 55 persons, 35 persons, sun terrace at the small river.
