SUP (Stand up paddling)

The stand up paddle board is probably our favorite accessory in summer!

It is easy to carry, easy to transport, safe and easy to handle without previous knowledge.

So go ahead: Clamp the board under your arm, paddle out, enjoy the aroma of our nature and your very own private place at the lake!

Yoga on the SUP board

Yoga and stand-up paddling are probably the two most popular sports at the moment - at least if you trust Instagram. How about a combination? This is possible, for example, in the "Weisse Taube" sailing school, which offers SUP yoga courses twice a week in summer.
