Mizu No Yama, Japanisches Restaurant und Bistro

Mondsee am Mondsee, Oberösterreich, Österreich
In the restaurant:
Chef Kentaro Fujita grew up in Fukuoka on the island of Kyushu in southern Japan, a region with a great culinary tradition. "The landscape around Lake Mondsee reminds me of my home. I immediately felt at home here". He is now bringing his experience from renowned gourmet restaurants in Japan to Mondsee.

The motto for the bistro: izakaya
An izakaya is the place where you arrive, share, laugh and let the day slowly fade away. Small plates wander into the center, colorful flavors meet: sushi, sashimi, tempura as well as hot and cold specialties, uncomplicated and exuberant, lively and Japanese. Accompanied by sake, beer and good conversation, a moment full of lightness is created, a pleasure that is not staged, but shared.
