I invite you to embark on a very personal journey to yourself - where you come to rest, recharge your batteries and connect with yourself and your body.
In my mindful yoga classes, we create a space together in which you can simply be - without pressure to perform, without comparisons. Through gentle movements, conscious breathing and moments of stillness, you will gradually come closer to yourself. You will learn to feel inside yourself again, become aware of your body and give your mind a break from everyday life.


Whether you are just starting out or already have experience:
All people - regardless of age, body shape or fitness level - are welcome.
My classes are designed so that you can adapt the exercises to your individual needs. The focus is on mindfulness, self-care and your personal well-being.
If you have any health problems, please check with a doctor or therapist in advance whether yoga is suitable for you.
