We offer bright and modern rooms with TV, WC, shower and free WLAN.
From the balcony of your room you can enjoy the unique lake view in peace and quiet and really unwind. We also have a guest kitchen - here you can prepare your own meals, keep your snacks in the fridge or simply enjoy a delicious coffee / tea in between.
Our house is located directly in Zell am Moos, the picturesque village on the Irrsee.
With us you can go on great tours by e-bike, go on easy or challenging hikes, relax in peace, go swimming at the lake, enjoy the landscape and experience culture - everything a holidaymaker's heart desires.
In our large garden your children can play and run around to their heart's content. You can use our pool in the garden (10x4m) daily from 09:00 to 19:00 at your own risk.

We offer our guests rooms without breakfast with the offer to prepare breakfast yourself in the guest kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle, all crockery and a dishwasher.
Free parking is available directly at the house.
Our central location is an advantage, as you can reach the village of Mondsee after only 6 km, the nearest golf courses after a 10-minute drive and the cultural city of Salzburg after 30 km.
