The NUSSBAUMER family welcomes you!

On the edge of the Salzkammergut, between Mondsee and Irrsee, our farm is located on the Gaisberg on a hill of about 650m above sea level with a fantastic panoramic view of the Mondsee and the surrounding mountains.

The quiet, sunny and particularly low-traffic location is particularly appreciated by our guests. The village of Mondsee is approx. 2 km away and the cultural and festival city of Salzburg is 25 km away.
CHILDREN feel particularly at home with us! Our little guests can let off steam in the children's playground or pamper our small animals, such as rabbits or cats. There is also a table tennis table, table soccer, large go-kart, trampoline etc. available.
On hot days, our house guests can cool off in our own pool.

Our apartment 1 is on the 1st floor on the right with rustic furniture and parquet floors. Furthermore, there is also a shower/WC in the bed-sitting room (i.e. 2 showers/WC). From the bed-sitting room you have access to the balcony and you have a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. You can also enjoy this view from the kitchen.

Our guests particularly appreciate our apartments:

Our apartment 2 is the entire 2nd floor and is furnished with rustic furniture and parquet floors. Awakened by the morning sun, you can enjoy breakfast with fresh rolls and the fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains on the 2m wide balcony. The children can feed the animals in the morning or let off steam in the playground.

The holiday apartment is in the neighboring house on the ground floor and consists of: 1 double room, 1 living room with a very good sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, 1 kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and radio, 1 bathroom with hair dryer, shower sink.
The large terrace invites you to have a leisurely breakfast or a cozy evening with a glass of wine.
In addition, a beautiful winter garden was built, so you can also enjoy the beautiful panorama when the weather is bad.
