Our holiday flats are located above the Irrsee lake with a beautiful view of Zell am Moos, only a 5-minute walk from the village.

Both flats have been awarded 4 Edelweiss.
The spacious holiday flats each have their own outside entrance, there are parking facilities, a sunbathing lawn and you can also use the private bathing area at the Irrsee for swimming and relaxing.

Our ground floor flat is approx. 47m² in size, for 2-4 people and barrier-free.
The complete kitchen offers you a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and freezer compartment, in the living room there is a comfortable pull-out sofa and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a cot or to turn around with a wheelchair.
The washbasin in the bathroom is wheelchair accessible and the shower can be used barrier-free.

The large flat for 4-6 people is on the first floor, approx. 65m² in size with 2 bedrooms and a spacious living area.
The full kitchen also offers a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, freezer and a cosy corner bench.
In the living room there is a comfortable pull-out seating area with flat-screen TV.
