Why do people react so differently—and how can we identify certain patterns of behavior and communication?

The "Profiling & NLP" seminar teaches various approaches to becoming more aware of human behavior and communication.
The focus is on language, body language, perception, and patterns of thought and behavior. Through practical exercises, selected methods from profiling and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) are introduced and tested together.
The seminar offers new insights into interpersonal communication and highlights ways to shape one’s own communication behavior more consciously and to better understand others in conversational situations.
