Advent Market, December 11–13, 2026

Der Advent in Mondsee lädt zum Entdecken, Genießen und Verweilen ein. Am festlich beleuchteten Marktplatz sorgen regionale Köstlichkeiten, wärmende Getränke und Musik für eine besondere Atmosphäre.
Im gotischen Kreuzgang des Schlosses Mondsee präsentieren Aussteller hochwertiges Kunsthandwerk, handgefertigte Unikate und besondere Geschenkideen.
Auch für Familien gibt es viel zu entdecken: Der Kinderadvent bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Programm und macht den Advent in Mondsee zu einem Erlebnis für Klein und Groß.

• 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Christmas program by the Mondsee State Music School at Betchor—clarinet class taught by Christoph Kieleithner, M.A., and Tihomir Tonchev, M.A., and horn class taught by David Fliri, M.A.
• 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Tiefgraben Brass Band
• 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Sonoris
• 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: “Young Stay Together” at Betchor, directed by Barbara Pointinger
• 7:00–9:00 p.m.: Zwangslos Tanzlmusi

• Afternoon llama walks through Mondsee, starting at the Children’s Advent event
• 2:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.: Postmusik at the Children’s Advent
• 3:00 p.m.: Town and church tour with Austria Guide Georg Obermeier; meet at the Christmas tree
• 3:30–5:30 p.m.: d’Feiafischmusi
• 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.: K2 & Friends
• 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: K2 & Friends
