- Every Tuesday at 5 pm there is a mobility training course in small groups (stretching and fascia rolling), by appointment. Duration: approx. 50 minutes. Individual training by arrangement.
- Every Wednesday at 5 pm there is a Pilates training in small groups, by appointment. Duration: approx. 50 minutes. Individual training by arrangement
