A cheerful babble of voices, contemplative sounds and culinary delights set the mood for Christmas every year on Mondsee's market square.

• Afternoon: Christmas program by the Mondsee State Music School at Betchor—harp class led by Genoveva Kirchweger, BA
• 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Postmusik
• 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Doro Hanke & Band—“Christmas Fever”

• Afternoon: Pony rides at the Children’s Advent event (weather permitting)
• 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Bürmoos Brass Band
• 3:00 p.m.: Town and church tour with Austria Guide Georg Obermeier; meet at the Christmas tree
• 4:00 p.m.: Ringing in Advent
• 4:30–5:15 p.m.: Birglechner Buam
• 6:00–7:00 p.m.: Moonlake Allstars
• 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Moonlake Allstars

• Afternoon: Pony rides at the Children’s Advent event (weather permitting)

• 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Face painting for kids in the conference room, Mondsee Town Hall

• 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Advent concert by the Mondsee Singers’ Association in the Basilica (admission fee)
• 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: Wind quartet of the Bürgermusikkapelle
• Starting at 6:00 p.m.: Perchten Parade organized by the Mondsee Gymnastics Club; the parade begins at 6:30 p.m.
